Cremation Without Ceremony

There are two ways that you can continue with a Cremation Without Ceremony arrangement, by phone or online.

If you feel ready to start a Cremation Without Ceremony arrangement online, begin by completing this form. You can take as long as you need. Call us at any time if you have any questions and want to speak to someone. We’re here 24 hours a day.

If the person that has died needs to be brought into our care immediately, please contact us on 0800 029 4590 and speak to a member of our arrangements team, who will arrange this.

Once you’ve completed and submitted the form, we will process your details and you will receive an email containing the documents that you need to complete and return to us. These documents will advise you of the step by step process.

Take a moment to read the following statements to understand what Cremation Without Ceremony involves and what your responsibilities are once you submit this form.

  1. I understand that I am the person responsible for making the funeral arrangements and for payment of the Cremation Without Ceremony and I confirm I am over 18.
  2. I understand that no-one can attend the cremation and that there isn’t a service.
  3. I understand that no-one can visit the person that has died once in our care and embalming isn’t available.
  4. Any personal effects, including jewellery, need to be removed from the person who has died before they are brought into our care. If this isn’t possible, any personal effects will be available to be collected from our care centre. We will look after them for up to 3 months.

Please accept the and confirm that you understand the 4 statements above before continuing.

Sorry, you can't purchase a Cremation Without Ceremony if you don't read and accept the above terms and conditions.

Has the death been verified by a medical professional?

The death must have been verified by a medical professional before completing this form. This is usually done by a doctor, paramedic or registered nurse. Please note that this is not the same as registering the death, which can be done after completing this arrangement.

Please confirm below that the death has been verified and you're ready to continue:

The death needs to be verified by a medical professional (ie Doctor, Nurse, Paramedic) before you start the arrangement of Cremation Without Ceremony. We cannot take the deceased in to our care if the death hasn't been verified.
