You may have read recent news stories about claims relating to our service and care. Here is our response.
The job we do is extremely important. We only have one chance to get things right and our colleagues work tirelessly to do the very best for bereaved families. We recognise that it’s not good enough to be anything less than outstanding for the families we serve and we are truly sorry in the small number of cases where we have not met our own standards.
We look after thousands of families every week and we pride ourselves on our high standards of service and care. The vast majority of our clients are satisfied and we have an extremely low level of complaints.
In the cases outlined by the Mail which date back over 8 years, we have provided families with our full support and have been open in addressing their concerns and learning from them.
