Client feedback

We ask every single one of our clients to feed back to us about the service they received from us and we’re really pleased that a significant number of our clients take the time to tell us how we’re doing and that 98% of our clients would recommend our services because we’re committed to providing the best possible care.

Standards team

We never want to be complacent and recognise that there is always room for improvement, that’s why we have a dedicated standards team.

Our standards team are trained and experienced funeral professionals who regularly visit each and every one of our funeral homes to observe, monitor standards, coach and advise our colleagues, to help ensure we are the best we can be.

Training and development

All of our colleagues have access to ongoing training and development so they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver our service to a high standard.

We’re also really proud to have pioneered funeral apprenticeships in 2012. As the only UK Funeral Director offering Apprenticeships in Funeral Services and Operations, we ensure that all of our colleagues responsible for client service have the opportunity to work towards high quality, industry focussed, nationally recognised qualifications.
